In the early 1940′s a man by the name of W.D. Frazee, a medical missionary evangelist, saw the need for an institution where people could receive training in medical missionary work and where the sick could come for treatment. A place where the Great Physician (Jesus Christ) was recognized as the true healer. Frazee and his associates founded Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital in 1942 on 500+ acres about 10 miles from Chattanooga TN.

Today there are over 100 institutions around the world as a result of the work begun here at Wildwood. Our training program has changed and adapted over the years but our goal remains the same.
