Policy Brief:

  1. Pre-requisites for this course
    1. Broadband or DLS Internet access (A dial-up connection is not sufficient)
    2. Command of the English language
    3. Basic understanding of high school or equivalent sciences
    4. Parent/guardian approval if the applicant is under 18 years of age
  2. Time frame and renewal fees
    1. Our students can start their online training at any time. Once they fill-up their application and pay their enrollment fees the institution will set up their account and provide access to the online platform within the following 2 business days.
    2. Extensions without renewal payment are not granted.
  3. Refund Policy
    1. Each account is personal and not transferable.
    2. Students are eligible for 100% refund within the first 3 days of account opening. After these first 3 days have elapsed, students are eligible for a refund of 50% within 30 days of account opening. After these 30 days have elapsed, no refund is available.
